How coaching works

  1. 1. Apply for coaching. Fill out the short application form so I can learn about your goals, training history and schedule.
  2. 2. Free video call. We jump on a 20-minute call to see if we’re a good fit and choose the best program for you.
  3. 3. Custom plan & onboarding. Within 48 hours you receive your training plan, nutrition guidelines and onboarding video.
  4. 4. Weekly check-ins & adjustments. Each week we review your progress and adjust training, nutrition and habits as needed.

Most clients invest between €149–€299 / month for 3–6 months of coaching.

I’m a beginner. Is this program for me? +

Yes. Many clients start as complete beginners. We’ll focus on technique, simple progressions and realistic habits so you don’t feel overwhelmed.

Do I need a gym membership? +

A gym helps, but it’s not mandatory. We can design a home-based plan using dumbbells, bands or just bodyweight while you build the habit.

How long do I need to commit? +

I recommend a minimum of 12 weeks to see meaningful progress and build habits, but many clients stay 6+ months as we set new goals.

Do you offer meal plans? +

Instead of rigid meal plans, we use flexible nutrition guidelines adapted to your culture, preferences and lifestyle so you can actually stick to them.
