Yes. Many clients start as complete beginners. We’ll focus on technique, simple progressions and realistic habits so you don’t feel overwhelmed.
Do I need a gym membership?

A gym helps, but it’s not mandatory. We can design a home-based plan using dumbbells, bands or just bodyweight while you build the habit.
How long do I need to commit?

I recommend a minimum of 12 weeks to see meaningful progress and build habits, but many clients stay 6+ months as we set new goals.
Do you offer meal plans?

Instead of rigid meal plans, we use flexible nutrition guidelines adapted to your culture, preferences and lifestyle so you can actually stick to them.
